Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in New York City, NY . This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses , conduct wellness exams, and manage preventive care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options .
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs .

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine .
• Active and unrestricted New York Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care setting .
