We are currently in need of a full-time and/or part-time in‑store appointment setters who is able to work in one or multiple retail stores in the area (HomeDepot). What We Offer! What will you do? Convey products and services to consumers in person at our retail locations. Leverage marketing techniques and act as a brand ambassador. Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide the best solutions. Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction. Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals. Booking appointments. What will you bring? Previous sales experience is a bonus. Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related field. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive and professional demeanor. Strong attention to details. Conscientious, team player. Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude. Physical Demands Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. May be required to drive to off‑site meetings. May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing. Pay Transparency The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$35 per hour. Mix of hourly $20 hourly + commission on appointments that make a purchase (Anywhere from $25–$350 per appointment depending on the product). Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities, raises, and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
