## Job Description# Project Manager* Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.* Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.* Develop and execute comprehensive risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.* Monitor project performance, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.* Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.* Apply advanced project management methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.* Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.* Mentor and coach project managers and team members, promoting professional development and project management excellence.* Ensure projects align with organizational goals, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
